Mystic Fells Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Mystic Fells for your spiritual journey. We offer a range of services including Tarot Readings, Past Life Regression, Rahanni Celestial Healing, Future Life Progression, and Custom Spellwork. Please read the following policy to ensure a smooth experience. Booking & Consultation Sessions can be booked online via our website or by email/phone. For Custom Spellwork, we offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and ensure we create the right spell for you. Session Details Tarot Readings: 1-hour session for insights into your questions and path. Past Life Regression: 1-hour session to explore your past lives and uncover insights. Rahanni Celestial Healing: 30-minute session for emotional release and healing. Future Life Progression: 1-hour session to explore your future and unlock possibilities. Custom Spellwork: A personalised spell crafted with care, followed by a free 15-minute consultation. Cancellation & Rescheduling 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) incur a non-refundable fee. Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking via card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Refunds are only available for cancellations made 48 hours before the session. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. Health & Safety Our sessions are non-invasive and aim to support emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. They are not a replacement for medical care. Notify us if you are pregnant, as some services may require special consideration. Services are for 18 years and older only. Ethical Guidelines All services are conducted with integrity and respect for the highest good. We reserve the right to decline services that conflict with our ethical principles. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential, and your personal details will not be shared without your consent. Recording Sessions Sessions cannot be recorded for privacy and integrity reasons.
